This course is intended to teach basic weapon handling and shooting techniques with a semiautomatic or automatic rifle (loading/unloading and safety check), disassembly, cleaning, inspection and functionality of main elements (safety catch, fire pin, magazine catch), range safety (safe directions, the choice of targets, protective equipment, the choice of weapon, sling, holster, chest rig, ammunition),
Universal stance, grip of the gun, aiming, breathing, trigger work, loading and unloading the weapon, follow through and scan after shooting, low and high ready positions, shooting from different positions (prone, kneeling and stance), malfunctions (misfire, stovepipe, double feed, empty magazine), tactical reload, multiple shots fired, one-handed basic manipulation and changing strong/weak shoulder.
